Absolutely. My cat Stinky's best friend is a dachshund mix named Biscuit. Stinky has never met any other cats. She and Biscuit would run around and play together, and when she was smaller, she would jump on Biscuit's back and ride her around. No joke!!! I wish I had some pictures of this! Nowadays, Biscuit loves to chase Stinky and Stinks loves the dog's wispy tail. It is hilarious and adorable to watch them together.
ReplyDeleteNow that I'm back in Ohio, I'm going to start socializing her with my friend's new German Shepherd puppy. We'll see how that goes, stay tuned!
Dogs can get along great with, just not my dog. Greyhounds have it out for cats. Not all Greyhounds have a strong prey-drive, but most do.
